Fast forward a decade and a half and I somehow found myself in a role where I helped hundreds of companies with their recruitment processes and technology. HOW I WISH that I could have passed on just SOME of the insight that I gained back to my dad - it would have changed his life.
Later in my career I met Tom and saw what he was doing with Hirello and I just fell in love. I knew it was my life's mission to help as many people as possible get a great job and change their careers and lives.
