Who are we?

Meet the founders

Tom Vinkler
Tom Vinkler spent years working as a recruiter, career coach and inside HR departments of large organizations. He witnessed the same complaints echoed consistently—not just from candidates, but from fellow recruiters and hiring managers too. Everyone felt the system was broken. No one was satisfied with the results. Tom left the corporate world to focus on career coaching and building the most useful tool for job seekers—developing what would become Hirello's revolutionary approach.
Personal Note
Marcin Gamza
Marcin Gamza, our co-founder and technologist, brings 20+ years of experience across Wall Street trading floors, fintech unicorns, and strategic Fortune 1000 client relationships. As an immigrant he saw his family struggle with the traditional job search and wanted to fix it. Marcin is passionate about democratizing access to the best recruitment insights and tools to help change peoples lives. When he met Tom and discovered Hirello, he found a mission he could truly identify with.
